Hi, I’m Bianca Indipendente—founder of Elevate4 and creator of the Digital Intimacy™ framework.

Elevate4 was born from a deep desire to bridge two worlds that rarely meet: technology and human insight. I wanted to democratise the kind of transformation that usually happens behind closed doors in consulting rooms or leadership retreats—embedding it in the everyday rhythm of work.

It all started with one question:

Can I create an AI that thinks like me?
One that doesn’t just analyse data but spots patterns, senses problems before they surface, and creates the conditions for teams to truly flourish.

I poured years of experience in team dynamics, leadership development, and systems psychology into prototyping a new way of learning. I experimented, tested, and refined—working closely with tech partners, facilitators, and early adopters. Then, during one of our earliest user sessions, someone said:

This feels like digital intimacy.”

That phrase captured everything, and it became the foundation of our 4-step Digital Intimacy™ framework.

Our journey

The practice of Digital Intimacy™

Digital Intimacy™ isn’t just a product concept—it’s a practice, a lens, and a way of working that invites reflection, emotional intelligence, and shared awareness into our digital spaces without losing the flow of real-time work.

I’m passionate about data visualisation—not as decoration, but as a language. At Elevate4, we’ve developed a visual grammar that reveals the invisible: energy, agency, connection, and meaning.

When people can see what’s going on, they can act on it, grow from it, and shift together.

The Elevate4 team

Antonio Di Giamberardino, our CTO and the YunaStudio team built our MVP and continue to shape our integration-first approach—starting with Slack and expanding across ecosystems.

Our developers aren’t just engineers—they’re collaborators who understand emotional data, psychological safety, and how to design systems that are as thoughtful as they are powerful.

Together, we’re crafting a platform that listens, learns, and grows alongside the teams it serves.
